PAYMENTS
The virtual store platform has several integrated secure payment systems, with fully encrypted data through official and verified servers such as WooPayments, Apple pay, Google pay, VirtualPos and PagoFácil. There is also the option to make payment via bank transfer and (only for Portugal) using MBway for immediate transfer.
SHIPPING METHODS
As we are working from Portugal, we make worldwide shipments registered and declared, through the state mail (CTT company) so there should be no extra customs costs.
The arrival time from the moment of shipment is declared by the transport company between 7 to 15 days, but many times the customs of the destination country have delays and can extend up to approximately 30 days. For this reason, our shipments have an estimated arrival time between 15 to 30 days.
If you need an express delivery, there are options like DHL which arrives in approximately 3 to 4 days, but consider that it's value is much higher.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping cost options are divided by geographic area (which is automatically determined based on your location) and whether you want registered shipping with tracking code or thej standard shipping without code, the latter being cheaper.
The values for Chile and Latin America are from $4,000 CLP economic shipping without tracking, and $7,000 CLP for shipping that includes tracking code, with arrival between 15-30 days. You can choose the option that best suits you (:
For countries of Europe and the EU Economical shipping costs approximately €5 (it may vary slightly depending on the currency exchange since the website is based on CLP) and shipping with tracking costs around €8, with arrival between 15-20 days.

For the rest of the world the cost of economical shipping is €5 and registered shipping with tracking code is €8. With arrival between 15-30 days.
