Necklace in choker style with silver terminals and extension chain. The central jewel can be slid to accommodate it, it's custom made so that it doesn't deform the ribbon, but rather rests on it to be worn at the top of the neck (:

Comes mounted on black felt ribbon and includes extension chain to adjust it.
